• Greet customers with a smile and create a pleasant interaction during the transaction.
• Be outgoing and engage customers while working with merchandise and the checkout area.
• Process monetary transactions including cash, checks, gift cards, and credit/debit cards.
• Promote extended protection policies and Fleet Farm loyalty programs where appropriate.
• Maintain brand standards at the front end area and sales floor.
• Support additional Fleet Farm initiatives as needed.
