Job summary

You will operate a cash register and product scanner, handle payments, provide receipts, and ensure pricing accuracy. Strong math skills and friendly, clear communication are essential.

Experience with POS systems is preferred. The role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, and turning every interaction into a positive guest experience, including upselling when appropriate and balancing

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises.
• Managing transactions using a cash register.
• Balancing the cash register.

• Providing change and receipts.
• Issuing coupons, vouchers, stamps and gift cards.
• Processing returns and refunds, and resolving customer complaints.
• Bagging and wrapping purchased goods for transport.
• Upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.
