Job summary

Barnes & Noble Littleton is seeking a Bookseller to welcome customers, answer questions, and connect readers with the right titles. You will help unpack deliveries, stock shelves, and keep displays attractive while running the register efficiently to provide a professional level of service.

You will join a busy team, gain experience across sections, and support the store’s everyday operations. Expect a flexible schedule, a positive work environment, and opportunities to deepen product knowledge

Qualifications

• Maintain reliable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Be flexible to fill scheduling gaps and work early mornings to late evenings, including weekends and most holidays.
• Be positive, energetic, and reliable in performing assigned tasks.
• Be supportive and kind to colleagues and customers.
• Always cheerful with customers and proactively help them.

Responsibilities

• Operate registers and handle transactions quickly and accurately.
• Unpack deliveries and help shelve and present merchandise.
• Maintain attractive store presentation and tidy displays.
• Assist customers by answering questions and making product recommendations.
• Support cafe team when needed and help with overall store operations.
