Job summary

You will identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and support team members; advanced teller duties and research cash discrepancies may be required. A high school diploma or GED is required; banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling or sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate PC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional customer service to customers and prospective customers.
• Operate the teller drawer and perform advanced, specialized teller functions including researching cash discrepancies.
• Balance daily cash totals and verify cash amounts.
• Identify customer needs, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and make referrals within the branch.
• Support team members and provide backup as needed; mentor others as applicable.
