Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• 6 months experience processing transactions.
• 1 year customer experience, recommending and referring products to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

• Problem solving and delivering solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and demonstrate mobile app or ATMs for simple transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and policies and ensure proper cash handling and regulatory compliance.
