Job summary

First Farmers & Merchants Bank of Goodhue has an opening for a full-time Teller Position. The Teller promotes the bank's mission by providing outstanding service, handling transactions, opening new accounts, and building customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• Banking experience preferred; however, we are excited to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Process a high level of transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accuracy in money handling.
• Identify banking products to meet customer needs and refer to partners when appropriate.
• Assist customers with opening new accounts (checking, savings, business).
• Support customers and protect privacy by following bank policies.
