Shift Requirement

The hours are from 7am - 5pm or 11am - 9pm. Availability to work 7 days a week is required, with days off rotating between weekdays and weekends.

Compensation and Growth Opportunities

Starting hourly rate of $22/hr with potential to increase to $24/hr based on performance. Progression from $22/hr to $24/hr within the first year through our merit-based Careers Not Jobs program, with additional incentive programs potentially increasing earnings further.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles directly to customers using our custom car haulers (training provided, commercial license not required)
• Load/unload vehicles, inspect the hauler for safety
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking systems
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record
• Obtain necessary licenses and permits within specified timeframes, including Notary, Chauffeur's, or Vehicle Verifier licenses, depending on the state

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reach, bend, and perform manual tasks
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity required for driving
