Job summary

Asda in Irvine is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to join our store team on a part-time basis. You will load your van, deliver groceries to customers' front doors with a smile, and ensure every delivery is accurate and timely.

When not on the road, you’ll keep your van clean and ready, assist the team during busy periods with online order picking and packing, and contribute to a friendly, customer-focused service environment. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Whether you're loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic - we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.
