Job summary

Asda Bedminster is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to join our store team. In this role you’ll load your van, make timely deliveries to regular customers and help ensure the smooth running of our operation, always putting customers first with a friendly smile.

When not on the road you’ll keep your van clean and ready for the next trip, and during busy periods you may assist colleagues with picking and packing online orders. Training is provided to support your success.

Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you’re not on the road, you’ll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don’t worry, you don’t need to be an expert mechanic – we’ll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you’ll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.

What you’ll bring

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.

• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings – no two days are the same.
