Service Pros Auto Glass in Lakeland is seeking a Customer Claims Representative to engage customers, identify windshield replacement needs, and coordinate swift service with partner dealerships. You’ll educate customers, build relationships with service advisors and technicians, and help drive weekly sales goals.

A self-motivated, team-oriented candidate with strong communication will fit well; a valid driver’s license is required.
