Job summary

Midway Car Rental in Los Angeles area is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Delivery/Driver to handle vehicle pickups and returns, ensure accurate condition disclosures, and maintain a high standard of customer service. You will engage with customers, understand fleet details, and operate across multiple locations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, a high-energy approach, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Extremely high energy level.
• Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass background; Pre-Employment Drug Test, SSN Validation, and Criminal Record.
• Clean driving record with limited incidents in a 5-7 year period; MVR monitoring.
• Minimum 3 years of licensed driving history.

Responsibilities

• Delivery/Pick up vehicles and/or customers from various locations.
• Complete vehicle check in and check out forms for disclosure of vehicle conditions (fuel level, mileage, damage).
• Wash/Clean interior and exterior of vehicles when needed.
• Greet each customer upon return of the vehicle.
• Be knowledgeable on vehicle fleet and provide information on operation and features.
