Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in Kentucky's Paducah location is seeking a Branch Banker to join our Retail Banking team. You will engage customers, identify needs, and promote products and services that best meet their financial goals.

This full-time role requires 3 years of sales or customer service experience (or an Associate/Bachelor’s degree with related work), a positive, engaging attitude, and the ability to balance transactions, accounts, and branch duties.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience;
• OR a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Achieving individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Employing problem solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.
