Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet clients within the banking center in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide efficient and courteous customer service; address client inquiries and perform cash receipt and payment services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and sales of cashier's checks, money orders, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure documentation complies with bank policies.
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and efficiency in client transactions.
• Ensure adequate cash on hand to meet client demand at teller stations and in the vault.
• Assist with currency transactions, safe deposit, cash boxes, CTRs, and ATM operations.
• Support opening/closing procedures, security policies, and branch operations.
