Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate in Minnesota to help merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure smooth operations.

The role is full-time with an average of 30+ hours per week and starts at $18.50 per hour, with scheduled increases in years 2–5. Full-time benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement contributions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate store equipment and cash handling.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and escalate concerns as needed.
• Inform management of loss due to damaged or outdated products.
• Use POS to scan items accurately and process purchases.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Support merchandising and curbside pickup duties as required.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Assist management in achieving efficiency and loss-reduction goals.
