Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with courteous service and process purchases via POS.
• Stock shelves, follow merchandising plans, and manage curbside orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety per ALDI policies.
• Assist management with loss prevention and inventory accuracy.
