Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates in the Chicago area to join a fast-paced team. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help with product recommendations while processing transactions at the register.

Eligible applicants should be comfortable with technology, have strong communication skills, and be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Prior retail experience is a plus, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willing to learn. People-oriented and able to learn product knowledge.
• Strong communication and listening skills to assist customers and resolve questions.
• Able to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods and handle busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, provide recommendations and process transactions.
• Keep merchandise organized and stocked; support store promotions and events.
• Operate the cash register and ensure accurate payments and receipts.
