Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Friendly, customer service-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced work environment
• Flexible availability to work, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations to make change and complete shift reports
• Ability to learn new concepts, use technical materials, and operate a computer
• English language proficiency to communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers; provide fast, friendly service; handle transactions and customer concerns
• Merchandise and stock products; manage pricing, promotions, and vendor check-ins
• Maintain timely/professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff
• Work as a team to serve customers while complying with regulations
• Operate store technology and perform cash handling, reports, and inventory checks
• Train new employees on policies and procedures; assist with loss control and safety
