Responsibilities

• Produce and give extraordinary customer service as highlighted in the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track sales.
• Uphold all company policies and standards.
• Assist in daily store operations including work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Utilize product knowledge to present and promote merchandise.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information by following internal controls.
