Job summary

Jump Start is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service in our Wichita, KS store. You will assist customers, operate the POS, process transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized selling floor and back areas.

You’ll work as part of a small team in a fast-paced convenience store environment, upholding safety, quality, and company policies while providing a welcoming experience for every guest. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills and the ability to make change.
• Ability to learn and operate a POS system.
• Professionalism, dependability, and strong customer service.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash, card, and other payments.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and balance cash drawer.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves; ensure proper display.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across store, restrooms, and work areas.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards to management.
