Job summary

West Coast Convenience, the parent company of Loop Neighborhood Market, Poppy Market, and other gas brands, operates a network of California stores, fuel stations and car washes. We hire all levels, including entry level, for full-time or part-time roles across first, second, or third shifts.

Team Members ensure smooth operation of the station, manage the register, stock shelves, and deliver friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Perform basic math including making change.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable around gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Able to work in varying temperatures (coolers, outdoors).

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and balance cash drawer.
• Stock shelves and keep the store clean and presentable.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment in-store and lot.
• Troubleshoot car wash issues when needed.
• Prepare shift reports per guidelines.
• Cross-sell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management.
