Job summary

Minis is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences in our store. You will greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to the right merchandise while promoting our membership program to boost sales. Ideal candidates have strong communication and customer service orientation, plus basic math skills.

Prior retail experience is preferred and a high school diploma is required. This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Identify needs and recommend merchandise.
• Suggestive selling with product knowledge.

• Assist with inventory and restocking.
• Keep store clean and professional.
• Support promotions and events.
• Access/store stock in high areas following safety.
• Work flexible shifts including weekends and potential travel.
