Job summary

Paradise Coast Sports Complex in Naples, FL, seeks a part-time Retail Team Member to assist customers, operate the cash register, and maintain accurate inventory. You'll balance cash drawer, handle transactions, and provide friendly service in a dynamic sports complex environment.

As part of the Retail team, you will support stock management, assist in unloading merchandise, and ensure a positive guest experience during busy weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends.
• Experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer.
• Good communication with patrons in a positive, friendly manner.
• Prior experience in retail or merchandise preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service.
• Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine.
• Perform basic mathematical computations.
• Balance drawer and manage daily income.
• Communicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner.
• Maintain stock and inventory counts.
• Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying merchandise from trucks and storage areas, and place them in designated areas.
• Alert management immediately regarding mistake or adjustment to the cash drawer.
