Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to join our Dallas store. You will assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences, helping shape store success and contribute to growth.

You will create an engaging shopping environment, drive sales, manage inventory and promotions, and collaborate with teammates to meet targets while upholding store policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role preferred.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
