Job summary

US Foods CHEF'STORE is looking for a Sales Associate in Washington. You will perform cashier tasks, stock shelves, and assist customers with purchasing decisions on a fast-paced retail floor. The role emphasizes delivering excellent service and adhering to store policies.

The position requires 6–12 months in retail cashier or stocking roles, with a preference for 1 year in retail selling or customer service. Weekend availability is required and the pay starts at $17.69 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
• Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have an impeccable CHEF'STORE experience and build relationships.
• Perform sales and cash functions accurately at the POS.
• Conduct cart-to-cart transfer and verify receipts at checkout.
• Handle store opening/closing duties as assigned.
• Assist on the sales floor with stocking, shelf labeling, and price changes.
