Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, greeting and offering assistance to meet needs.
• Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, handling transactions and cash.
• Promotes photo products and services and supports merchandising initiatives.
• Owns photo department inventory and maintains supplies and appearance to align with forecasted demand.
• Manages photo, online, and web pickup orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provides customer support for services including FedEx and Western Union.
• Maintains equipment and store systems, troubleshooting as needed to deliver quality results.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and well‑merchandised photo department and supports cross‑department collaboration.
• Follows policies and safety standards to ensure a secure environment.
