Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with transactions.
• Open/close the branch and balance cash drawer daily.
• Receive checks/cash, verify amounts, and process deposits.
• Cash checks and pay out money after verification.
• Enter transactions and issue receipts in the system.
• Ensure end-of-day balancing and reconcile cash with records.
• Identify opportunities to promote bank products or services.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML policies and procedures.
• Handle customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
