Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends with or without accommodation.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams: must have a 'meets expectations' rating.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams: must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and related documentation.
• Pull products from the floor or warehouse and tint/mix to specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; maintain clean store equipment.
• Assist in deliveries when needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
