Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our customer-centered store in Woodbury, MN. You will share product knowledge, deliver personalized service, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Your role includes educating customers about loyalty programs, supporting merchandising and stock replenishment, and maintaining a visually appealing store while collaborating with teammates.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools.
• Must be at least 18 years old in most states.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
