Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment in our Palladio at Broadstone-Soma-Folsom store. You will share product knowledge and provide personalized service to every guest, helping them feel empowered through fashion and function.

In this role you will support merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization while delivering a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools. Flexible availability is required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old for most states.
