Job summary

Meijer in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Cashier to deliver high-quality customer service at the checkout, handling transactions with accuracy and professionalism.

You will create positive customer experiences, operate the register system, and build trustful relationships to encourage return visits, while maintaining a flexible schedule including weekend shifts and daytime to late-evening hours.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually.
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology.
• Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
• Desire to work with customers.
• Previous retail or customer experience preferred but not required.
• Good verbal communication skills.
