The position involves assisting customers, handling returns, answering calls, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures while upholding CNRG’s mission and values.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently (credit cards, cash, checks).
• Greet customers and provide a positive first impression.
• Verify merchandise quantities, descriptions, and prices for transactions.
• Handle returns/exchanges and sales of merchandise.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Receive payments on commercial accounts and assist with credit applications.
• Prepare deposits and organize the cash drawer for the next day.
• Direct customers to items and assist teammates as needed.
• Maintain cash controls and protect company assets.
• Keep the store clean and follow cashier procedures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by store management.
