Bass Pro Shops in Anchorage, AK is seeking a part-time Cashier to efficiently ring up merchandise and deliver friendly service. You will greet customers, help them find products, and promote CLUB Membership, VOC and in-store pickup options.

Responsibilities include handling transactions accurately, maintaining shelves, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. High school or equivalent required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School education or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS register system.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Check out customer's merchandise via POS and handle cash.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Assist customers in buying decisions and promote programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Stock and straighten shelves when not directly ringing up product.
