• Must complete Banking Fundamentals within 18 months (grade C or higher).

• Builds customer relationships by representing QNB in a courteous, confidential, and professional manner and providing prompt service.
• Cross-sells deposit and loan products and refers customers to appropriate person or department.
• Processes transactions accurately and balances cash drawer or TCR at end of day.
• Maintains strong product knowledge and champions QNB Service and Sales campaigns.
• Performs required compliance training and adheres to policies and procedures.
