You’ll be our front-line representative welcoming new customers, assisting with appointments in our Service Center, and answering customer questions while their vehicle is here.
Collaborating with all members of our award-winning Service Team is a rewarding part of this role.
Our Customer Care Team spends much of their day reaching out to valued customers to remind them of upcoming maintenance, preventative care, manufacturer recalls, annual inspections, and scheduling appointments.
You’ll also be welcoming new customers who recently purchased their vehicle from Scott Honda of West Chester.

Training in marketing and communication skills for effective phone and email interactions.
Open to entry-level candidates. No sales or marketing experience necessary, as long as you are genuine, coachable, and helpful. Cheerful positivity enhances our brand and reputation. That’s essential in our culture.
