Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is hiring for a Travel Insurance Customer Service role in the World Service Center. You will answer calls, explain insurance products, and guide customers to select the best coverage for their travel plans.

This position supports a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) with a 2nd shift from 12pm–10pm and weekend rotation; a $3/hour shift differential applies for evenings and weekends. Prior customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• A positive attitude and passion for helping others.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while effectively handling calls.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when documenting information.
• Ability to work 2nd shift between 12pm-10pm Monday-Friday with rotating weekend.
• Position includes a shift differential of $3/hour from 5pm-7am weeknights and all day on Saturday/Sunday and additional $3/hour Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 7pm-7am.

In this role you’ll help customers understand our travel insurance offerings and make confident decisions about their coverage. In the World Service Center, you will take a consultative sales approach, listening to customer’s travel plans and recommending the insurance product that best fits their needs.
