Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring communication aligns with the Girl Scout brand
- Process individual customer cases efficiently and professionally to meet departmental metrics
- Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity goals and service emerging case types
- Proactively seek solutions and process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Monitor and assist during the Customer Care Power Hour, supporting council staff and overseeing case closures
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish for effective communication
- Experience in customer service or coursework related to customer engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; experience with Customer Relationship Management systems is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a private, quiet workspace with a stable internet connection

- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and pride in customer satisfaction
