What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service to rental car customers by addressing inquiries related to tolls and violations
- Utilize available tools to resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently
- Document and track customer interactions with clear and concise notes
- Manage multiple customer chats simultaneously, ensuring prompt responses
- Meet established performance goals for efficiency and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern Time
- Reliable internet service for remote work
- Completion of drug and background screening
