What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Build rapport with customers, asking probing questions to create a best-in-class experience
- Educate customers about their insurance policies and services
- Independently resolve a variety of customer issues while seeking guidance for complex situations
- Effectively manage time to meet departmental service level expectations
- Utilize multiple systems and tools to achieve established goals, including customer satisfaction and call handling metrics
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to work any 8-hour shift within operational hours of 7 am–7 pm Central Time, Monday–Friday
- Ability to attend mandatory virtual training from November 3rd to December 12th, 2025
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with insurance financial products, hospitality, or retail sales with direct consumer contact
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
