  • Effectively manage time to meet departmental service level expectations
  • Utilize multiple systems and tools to achieve established goals, including customer satisfaction and call handling metrics
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Willingness to work any 8-hour shift within operational hours of 7 am–7 pm Central Time, Monday–Friday
  • Ability to attend mandatory virtual training from November 3rd to December 12th, 2025
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with insurance financial products, hospitality, or retail sales with direct consumer contact
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
