Job summary

Aloha Termite & Pest Control in Kapolei, HI, is seeking a Customer Service & Admin Professional to join our busy headquarters. You will be the first friendly contact for clients by phone, text, and email, and you will support our sales and field teams with administrative tasks.

This is a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM role with comprehensive training, competitive pay starting at $19 per hour, full health coverage, a 401(k) with match, PTO, and paid holidays.

Your Role & Impact

• Customer Relations: Serve as the welcoming primary point of contact for our clients via phone, text, and email.


• Logistics & Dispatching: Coordinate service appointments, route calls, and efficiently manage field technician schedules.


• Data Integrity: Maintain precise customer records, process account updates, and keep our databases organized.


• Team Coordination: Closely support our sales and field teams with billing, lead management, and vital administrative tasks.
