Responsibilities

• Engage directly with guests who reach out with car buying questions.
• Hand off guests to sales specialist at the appropriate time.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, text, and live chat inquiries.
• Help guests find the best vehicle that fits their lifestyle needs.
• Follow up with guests not ready to purchase currently.
• Participate in team and process development sessions.
• Maintain positive relationships with teammates and sales staff.
• Use guest relationship management tools to document interactions.
• Research to find the best solution for guest needs.
• Use correct grammar in all guest communications.

In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the guest with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success, offering online and in-store training programs, to not only help you grow in your job but also your career. The preferred candidate will have an upbeat and positive attitude with a passion for outstanding guest experience.

Hours & Pay

• 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays based on department rotation
• Pay is $17-$21/hour based on experience
