MTM is looking for Customer Care Representatives to join our team.

Location: Remote Minnesota

Hourly Rate: $15.00

What Will Your Job Look Like?

The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of Medical Transportation Management (MTM). This role primarily involves handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, with responsibilities increasing as skills develop.

All you need for the Customer Care Representative role is:

  • Must reside in the State of Minnesota
  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • 6 months Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer skills with excellent navigational abilities
  • High-speed Internet access (Cable, DSL, or Fiber) with minimum speeds of 3 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download; wireless and WiFi “air cards” are not permitted
  • A quiet, distraction-free space within your home for taking calls
