Job summary

MTM Health in Hawaii is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the frontline voice of the company, delivering friendly, accurate assistance to Members, Clients and Facilities. You will handle inbound calls with professionalism and strive to resolve issues on first contact.

Expect 60–80 calls per day, higher volumes on Mondays, and a supportive, multilingual environment. This remote Hawaii role offers a competitive hourly rate and the chance to grow with a company committed to removing

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Hawaii
• 1 year of Call Center experience
• 6 months Customer Service experience
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
• High speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps). Use of wireless and WiFi "air cards" is prohibited
• A quiet space within the home free of distractions including caretaking of any kind

Position Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Remote Hawaii

Hourly Rate: $18.00

What Will Your Job Look Like? The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of MTM Health. The Customer Care Representative will handle a variety of tasks which will increase in complexity as the Customer Care Representative's skills progress, but will consist primarily of handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities. Expect to handle 60 - 80 calls a day and higher volumes on Mondays.
