Summary

Provide exceptional customer service to external and internal customers by delivering a seamless experience. Build rapport, quickly earn trust, identify customer issues, communicate resolutions effectively, and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain compliance with bank policies while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Essential Functions
  • Resolve customer inquiries using active listening and critical thinking for first call resolution.
  • Answer inbound calls professionally, accurately, and promptly.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding accounts, digital banking support, and debit card issues.
  • Process customer inquiries efficiently to build trust.
  • Promote virtual banking solutions and meet quality and productivity goals.
  • Ensure customer information security and perform authentication.
  • Use all available systems to review and interpret customer data.
  • Maintain knowledge of PC skills and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center and financial services.

Training & Physical Requirements
  • Annual compliance training and new hire training.
  • Ability to access and interpret information on computers.
  • Must have a dedicated, secure work environment and reliable internet with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
Additional Details

Position is full-time, entry-level, and requires travel when necessary. The salary range is $31,279.04 - $46,918.56, based on skills and experience. The application deadline is 05-22-2025, but qualified candidates may be considered beyond this date.
