This role is designed for people with strong empathy and communication skills. Days are spent interacting with people over the phone to help with questions about healthcare benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, and payroll. It is ideal for individuals who can master complex information quickly, are passionate about helping others, and enjoy solving problems.

The CCR I role is a learning/development position within the CCR career path. CCR I’s receive training in a domain area (pension, 401(k), health, HR plans, etc.), tool usage, customer interaction management, and client-specific training. After beginning to handle customer interactions, CCR I employees are expected to develop skills and advance to CCR II, typically within the first 15 months of their role.
