Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Customer Care Representative to handle inbound and outbound contacts across phone and digital channels, resolving customer inquiries and aiding with scheduling and billing tasks.

You will use our computerized system to identify needs, track interactions, and coordinate with field branches. A basic PC skillset plus 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within the Rentokil family.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts via omnichannel to resolve customer needs.
• Provide high-quality service by answering routine inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Assist with service scheduling and billing inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and guide them accordingly using the system.
• Communicate with branches to resolve issues and coordinate schedules.
• Support technicians with information as needed.

Provides a high-quality service experience by answering routine inquires and resolving problems that may require deviation from standard operating procedures.**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;*** Handles customer correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries* Offers creative Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers* Cultivates and maintains on-going customer relationships* Uses computerized system for identifying customer needs, tracking contacts, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting* Communicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues* Initiates outbound customer service calls for various campaigns* Handles incoming calls from technicians to provide support**What do you need?*** High School Diploma or GED* 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred* Ability to use a personal computer* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows* Ability to type 25 wpm preferred## **Base Pay Range**Hourly: $18.00 - $31.00While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
