Job summary

Savings Bank in Circleville or Lancaster, Ohio, seeks a Customer Care Representative to respond to customer inquiries with confidentiality and top service. The role supports Deposit Operations and handles deposits, online banking questions, BillPay and debit card inquiries.

Location options include Circleville or Lancaster. Strong communication, accuracy, and a willingness to assist customers are essential; banking experience is preferred for this non-exempt position.

Qualifications

• One year customer service experience.
• Previous banking experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong customer service while listening and eliciting information efficiently to resolve customer issues.
• Recognize when to leverage resources to resolve customer issues and/or concerns.
• Process customer transactions including but not limited to funds transfer, loan payments and check orders.
• Assist customers with account, online banking, BillPay and debit card inquiries.
• Maintenance account changes, or as necessary, closures are warranted.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services.
• Provide support for Deposit Operations.

The Customer Care Representative role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and requests while maintaining the highest level of customer service and confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities
