Job summary

Paylocity in Circleville or Lancaster, Ohio is seeking a Customer Care Representative to respond to customer inquiries and maintain the highest level of service and confidentiality.

You will handle transactions, assist with online banking, BillPay, and debit card inquiries, while staying knowledgeable about bank products and ensuring Deposit Operations support.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience.
• Banking experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.

The Customer Care Representative role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and requests while maintaining the highest level of customer service and confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide strong customer service while listening and eliciting information efficiently to resolve customer issues.
• Recognize when to leverage resources to resolve customer issues and/or concerns.
• Process customer transactions including but not limited to funds transfer, loan payments and check orders.
• Assist customers with account, online banking, BillPay and debit card inquiries.
• Maintenance account changes, or as necessary, closures are warranted.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services.
• Provide support for Deposit Operations.
