Job Summary
The Customer Care Representative will be a member of the team responsible for being the primary contact for incoming customer and branch calls. This role requires frequent communication with customers, branch personnel, and Shared Services team members. You will assist customers or branches with their requests if able, or transfer calls within Shared Services for assistance. The position involves working frequently within SAP; previous experience is helpful. Success depends on a “customer first” attitude, willingness to learn new functions, and contributing positively to team performance.
