We are looking for a skilled and personable Customer Care Representative to join our "work from home" team to help us continue delivering top-notch support to our clients in the San Antonio, Texas area.

Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for our clients, answering questions, scheduling consultations, and providing information on our services. This position offers flexibility to work from home while supporting clients in the CST time zone. Our company is located in San Antonio, Texas, USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and courteously.
• Assist customers with questions related to roofing services, warranties, quotes, and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set time limits.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in construction, roofing, or home services.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a calm demeanor.
• Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools.
• Ability to work independently remotely with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of scheduling and CRM software.

This position works Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm CST, with some weekend hours. Compensation is $5/hr USD for the first 90 days, increasing to $7/hr afterward.
