Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication skills and basic data entry ability.
• Previous office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and empathize with the customer.
• Schedule in-home service appointments with technicians.
• Explain appointment times and required services clearly to customers.
• Manage inventory: receive parts, handle returns, and allocate to jobs.
• Take detailed notes to relay information to technicians and staff.
• Handle customer payments and process payment information on file.
• Collaborate with office and technical staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
